This project focuses on redesigning the Cloudschool dashboard to make large-scale school data clear, usable, and intelligently enhanced with AI.

Cloudschool is a school management system used by 500+ schools across Kenya, scaling to other parts of Africa.

The Challenge

As Cloudschool scaled, the dashboard became:

  • Visually cluttered, with too much information competing for attention
  • Hard to navigate, especially for non-technical users
  • Time-consuming for administrators who needed insights quickly
  • Inconsistent across different user roles
Users needed faster access to insights, not just more data.
